Overview

The CIGI API is an ANSI C language library for implementing CIGI to the specifications of the interface. It can be used in both host and IG applications.

Some features of the API include:

• Handles message packing, unpacking, and byte swapping
• Manages incoming and outgoing message buffers

Additional Details

The API is the core implementation of CIGI, while the SDK contains additional support and test code in the C++ language.

The SDK/API has been design tested on the following platforms:

Win32 (Win2K, WinXP) Linux IRIX

AIX UNIX VxWorks Solaris
